We moved to this area from out of state and took an apartment nearby while our house was being built in Lantern Park. Because we were close we could see the way our house came together each day and saw the excellent oversight our Pulte Project Manager provided throughout the process. Our home is beautiful and exactly what we wanted. The Lantern Park community will only have 58 homes when it's completed and the people we've met here are warm and friendly. Pulte hires contractors for speed. The finish work is sub-par. Warranty work is a joke with sub-par contractors, quick fixes, and missed appointments. Follow up from contact people is terrible. As an added note, Pulte seems to think they can cauldron anything and fix it! Buyer beware! Just stop and talk to anyone in Lantern Park and ask!
Buyer Beware! I cannot stress enough DO NOT BUY FROM PULTE HOMES! These are pictures of my home as of February 2, 2020. I closed on May 8, 2019. There has been gross negligence on the part of Pulte and its contractors using inferior products, cutting corners, attempting to repair issues creating more intentional damage, and the worst, you can't find a representative from Pulte in the field. Buyer Beware! These are pictures of my home as of February 2, 2020. I closed on May 8, 2019. Not only are there significant poor workmanship issues, corners cut, and inferior products and materials used, there has also been damage caused by Pulte and its contractors while honoring its warranty, which started about a week after I closed to the current state of my home. I have never witnessed anything like this experience in my entire life.
We have lived in Latern Park for a year now. The neighborhood is beautiful, the neighbors are friendly and the surrounding area has a lot to offer.
