It's a good place for ppl with low or no income, as it's income based housing & $0 rent for ones who qualify for that. Deposits are required to move in but local churches will help pay those for ppl who can't. The place could really use some updating tho on things such windows and seals (they're drafty), & is in need of repairs and upkeep too. Short term living for single adults is okay .. the rent is income based so it's nice to be able to budget and afford housing . Hopefully you have your own transportation though as you can't enjoy the outdoors due to regulations of housing.. starts to eventually dwell on your mental health being alone. No laundry on site. Maintenance technical problems and communication is unclear . Only exterminator comes once a month. The outside lighting is poor in stairwells.
