We had a switch out of order, we also wanted to add a new outlet on the main floor. We contacted Lantern Electric a few days ago. They came the first day after holidays. Lantern Electric is a fantastic local business in Kemptville. I recently purchased four outdoor sconces and contacted them for installation. Despite the cold weather, Evan and his brother completed the job with professionalism and care. They removed the old fixtures as part of the installation and even took them away for disposal, which was an unexpected and very helpful touch. Over Thanksgiving weekend (Friday), we ran into an unexpected water issue. Unsure whether it was an electrical problem or a well pump issue, we contacted Lantern Electric in a bit of a panic—it was 1 p.m. on the Friday of a long weekend. Despite the timing, Evan and his team took the time at the end of their day to drive to Spencerville and assess the situation. He was professional, polite, and incredibly courteous. Fantastic Service, Quality work and the ease of getting a quote was something I'm not used too. After sending an email inquiry I had a response within 90 minutes and site visit scheduled for less than 24 hours later. Once we received the quote and approved the work was scheduled promptly and the quality/workmanship exceeded my expectations.
