Stayed for year here and worst experience
Maintenance is very slow to respond, even when you call the emergency line. A flooded toilet with pee and poop flooding the floor they didn’t get there until almost 8 hours later. Insane amounts of mold that they just paint over with “mold killing paint” as I was told. It was mildew resistant, and you are still supposed to treat the issue. No treatment was given. Plenty of students apartment for rent
This has been one of the worst apartment experiences for us, and we really regret moving here. The buildings are very old, and heating is not included in the rent. During winter, our heating bill went up to $900. The laundry machines are also very old, and there isn’t a proper laundry room for each block. It’s very inconvenient. The management doesn’t fix things quickly
