I would give less if I could. People cannot rely on this company to get your deliveries. We have upsets customers that brings down OUR survey scores and reviews. You should just stop doing business all together. If I were a teacher you would get a ZERO! No need to edit my prior review as no improvements have been made. If anything it is worse!

Has to be one of the worst delivery companies around. Its the dead of winter and in 4 months I can count on one hand how many times we have received our freight shipment on time. Every winter it is the same story. Trucks gelled up or trucks broke down. It doesn't surprise me a bit that the trucks are having issues when they are parked this far from the building and none of them are plugged in to keep the fuel from gelling. These guys stand on business. They’re not here to chit chat, they’re gonna get you loaded and unloaded quickly. Bring a vest and close toed shoes. They got me in when they didn’t have to. They were fast too. Only issue, they share a building with another company. Coming in from Lone Elm, (the gate was open?) security sent me around for some reason… so, probably best to enter from HWY 7. I didn’t see a porta jon or trucker facilities but I’m sure they’d let you if you needed to go. I appreciated the quick unload.
