Absolutely terrible company. We (buyer) were planning to back out of the deal because my father had a heart attack. Without remorse the company planned to sue us making it a stressful situation in the family and forcing us to buy the home even when we were not able to afford it anymore. They said they would sue for $50,000 so we had no choice but to purchase the home. They basically told us tough luck after finding out our situation. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemies.
