If I could give 0 STARS I would. STAY AWAY from this dealership. Worst customer service Seems that this place doesn’t care much unless you’re buying a car. I took my car in for service- had no issues prior was due for its service. Anyways the day after the service it was making the most HORID noise. I’ve had a very frustrating experience with the service department at GWM Lansvale. I’ve made multiple attempts to book a service, but my calls are rarely answered. Each time I call, I’m left waiting on hold for an unreasonably long time, and even then, no one picks up. It’s extremely disappointing, especially when you rely on timely servicing. I expected better customer service from a dealership unfortunately, this has been nothing but inconvenient and unprofessional.
