I’ve had a very frustrating experience with the service department at GWM Lansvale service center located at 9 Avalli Road, Prestons NSW 2170. I took my vehicle for the scheduled 60,000 km service and specifically reported a coolant leak to the service department. Unfortunately, the issue was not properly addressed, and I was advised that it was not a major problem. Despite this, I was charged for an air conditioning treatment during the service. After sales is disgusting no one wants to answer the phone to have the car serviced but then I go over my 10,000ks and they want to charge me extra like it was my fault Regretfull buy.
I had a great experience purchasing a car from here. Peter, Jasmine and Nadia were especially helpful is answering all my questions and guiding me through my experience. I recommend visiting this dealership when purchasing a car and I got a good deal from them for the Haval Jolian Premium.
