Signing up was a breeze. It was very convenient and easy to use and access. The issues come up when you’re done using the units and notify their team. I called 3 times to get an old unit off of my bill ( had 2 units). Still hasn’t been resolved. When I called, whoever answered seemed genuine and wanted to help and kept trying to get me in contact with who I believe is the manager Derrick. Wayne was a champ made the whole process a breeze.
The owners believe in customer service which is becoming rare these days. I rented a 10x10 at the Gurley Ave location in Troy. Site was clean, secure, and affordable. Thanks for everything Wayne.
Used for summer storage of college kid stuff. Nice facility, easy access, and most of all, very easy staff to work with. Would (will) use again.
