Signing up was a breeze. It was very convenient and easy to use and access. The issues come up when you’re done using the units and notify their team. I called 3 times to get an old unit off of my bill ( had 2 units). Still hasn’t been resolved. When I called, whoever answered seemed genuine and wanted to help and kept trying to get me in contact with who I believe is the manager Derrick. The owners believe in customer service which is becoming rare these days. I rented a 10x10 at the Gurley Ave location in Troy. Site was clean, secure, and affordable. Thanks for everything Wayne.
