Never answers the phone
They are always late to come out from the waiting room and take forever to get in to the DR. I wanted to cancel my appointment after it running over the time I was supposed to be in the appointment the 2-3 times I have come here. I love the provider, dislike the facility.
I was debating on posting this review for a couple of days, because i’m not normally this type of person but when it comes to mine and other people’s health care, i don’t hesitate. The front desk receptionist, i couldn’t get her name but she was an older black lady, was shockingly rude and unprofessional. While I was waiting to check in, I overheard her on the phone interrupting and cutting off a patient multiple times, saying things like “excuse me, excuse me, ma’am?? i’m trying to get you to stop talking so i can ask for y... read more
Doctors seem excellent, i feel very good having doctor bennet as my urologist .reception is genuinely the worst I've ever had... rude receptionists, they talk to you like your stupid ...
Dr. Bennett is amazing and does good surgery with little pain! Got me in quick as well! Only reason not a 5 start is because reception barely answers the phone….even after several tries
