Staff was welcoming from the moment we arrived, patient registrar friendly & helpful the MA was efficient & kind & the PA Nick was gentle with my daughter who is suffering with an ear infection and very dramatic in her pre-teen years. Quite thankful for this urgent care in a location near our home!
The staff was great! Thank you to Rene who was extremely kind and helpful during my visit going above and beyond during my visit to help me get in, and out. Thank you for helping me with my insurance issues I'd had and thank you for being so kind.
They treated me so great today. I am so appreciative of the Grand Ledge location. I was in so much pain and misery today and the treatment they provided me was so gracious. They are a very caring staff.
