Great business to work with!! Initially contacted to repair spa cover attachment, Shawn checked out everything I asked him about from engine noise to water levels. He found a break in the metal holder - and came back with a fix in no time. He answered every one of my questions and is super responsive. The kind of responsible, caring business that gives you confidence.
Lansing Techspa is simply superb in delivering service and care to our product. I’m so glad Shawn was recommended to us and I don’t know what we’d do without him. It's difficult to get reliable and reasonable techs to service hot tubs so glad I have had Lansing Spatech to assist me. They have been excellent. Recently had a faulty pump (it was 12 years old) that Shawn replaced for me. He was professional/friendly and did an excellent job. In fact, he left before the tub was completely filled and told me to call if any issues. About 1/2 hour later, he returned as he was in the area to turn the hot tub back on to make sure the pump was working correctly. Now that is service. I have also ... read more

Shawn was the tech who serviced my 2013 Sundance Peyton model 680. His communication in explaining my needs for repair, provided options and let me decide what work with costs I wanted done before doing the tasks. Extremely pleased with the level of customer service, technical knowledge of my specific tub and efficiency in which he worked. Great experience and definitely will recommend him to anyone who asks for this type of service or needs.
