It's difficult to get reliable and reasonable techs to service hot tubs so glad I have had Lansing Spatech to assist me. They have been excellent. Recently had a faulty pump (it was 12 years old) that Shawn replaced for me. He was professional/friendly and did an excellent job. In fact, he left before the tub was completely filled and told me to call if any issues. About 1/2 hour later, he returned as he was in the area to turn the hot tub back on to make sure the pump was working correctly. Now that is service. I have also ... read more
Dave and Shawn are fantastic! They take such good care of our hot tub with regular maintenance and also have done great repairs at a fair price over the years. Highly recommended!
Shawn was the tech who serviced my 2013 Sundance Peyton model 680. His communication in explaining my needs for repair, provided options and let me decide what work with costs I wanted done before doing the tasks. Extremely pleased with the level of customer service, technical knowledge of my specific tub and efficiency in which he worked. Great experience and definitely will recommend him to anyone who asks for this type of service or needs.
Shawn was wonderful! Professional, knowledgeable and most importantly kind and explained the problem to me completely. We have not had success with service from the company we bought the hot tub from and had to seek service other than that company so having this great experience with Lansing was so appreciated!!! Lansing came highly recommended and I can see why.
Sean (sp?) arrived on time, very personable and knowledgeable. Was able to determine our issue very quickly and had us up and running again. We had used their services with our previous hot tub and were extremely pleased with all services we had on that tub. Then we purchased our new tub and hadn’t needed service until now (we have had this one for at least five years, maybe six). Same great service as we had experienced previously. I would highly recommend them.
