Told the business the heater on my sauna needed replacement almost a year ago. Came out 3 times, didn’t fix the issue, they tried to say it was a different problem. Wanted to charge me again for another consult despite knowing what already needed to be done. Would not recommend.
Couldn’t have done a better job! Bought new house here in CT, and he came out, put in a new control panel, drained and refilled the water, and made sure the tub was clean like the day it came off the production line. Has also been very helpful afterwards with questions I’ve had. Customer for life in me. Look no further for your tub needs!
Shawn came to close my hot tub one chilly October day. He came with his equipment. Drained the tub out, cleaned the lines, wiped out the inside, put all the parts back, covered it and wrapped it with a tarp for a long winter’s nap. Then he let my 18 year old cat back in the house, petted the dog, closed my garage and left it tidy and locked up. What a great guy! He’s like the hot tub fairy. Call them when you repair or hot tub help. They always show up!
Lansing Spatech - Highly Recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently used Lansing Spatech and couldn’t be happier! Professional Service: Sean came out on a weekend to address an issue, knowing that a snowstorm was predicted. He wanted to prevent any damage, which really showed his dedication. Great Value: Reasonable prices for excellent service. I highly recommend Lansing Spatech for anyone needing hot tub maintenance!
Incredible! Thorough and exceptional work, went above and beyond to help us out! Even came back the next day to check their work! Can’t thank Lansing spa tech for such an incredible job, such a professional and reliable team!
