The best service possible! Customer service is the best! And always available. Steve was extremely helpful and accommodating. The place itself is always clean, and my things were kept fresh for all the months I used the storage. Not 1 problem. I strongly recommend it. I will, to all my friends and family in the area.
I'm happy that I chose to store my items at Lansing Self Storage. I believe I had a 5X5 ft space. All of my belongings were still there just the way I left it when I moved it in. Communication with the owner was top tier, and I would certainly recommend and use this storage facility again in the future. Picture after everything was moved out. I left it the way it was presented to me, CLEAN!
