Not impressed, visited to check out bikes. Bags of garbage stacked in showroom. Very dimly lit.
Tried calling to check to see if they had a certain e-bike in stock. I will admit that my phone would not disconnect right away from my Bluetooth headset when I finally got it too I apologized to the man answering. His first words was “ Are you F..king done playing games. To me that is not how a business should talk to a customer.
Lots of scooters to look at. A knowledgeable staff. Allowed me to do a test drive of one of the scooters!
Called for a part on a scooter and they said no problem but wanted to call me back just to double check on used inventory. I told them brand new is fine but they would need to ship it since I live an hour away and as soon as I said that he lost interest in me . Again he wanted to check the used inventory and call me back… long story short never called back. If that is how they do business then fine I’ll go elsewhere
