Terrible billing practice. They send you an email which looks like a scam. When you call to request a bill be sent through the mail, they refer you to a number where you must leave a message. They then never call you back. I have repeatedly requested they remove my email from their records so that I may receive any bills by mail. I would think this an easy thing to do. They say they will do this; it does not happen. One time my bill ended up with a collection agency. Absurd.
