I had the pleasure of working with Juan Gomez regarding a back up in my basement even though the problem was related to the City tree he assisted me in resolving my problem and gave me great advice to help correct my issue. Thanks to the suggestions from Juan I can address my problem and have it repaired.
Called to complain about a city park that has not been mowed and looks terrible! Operator would not give me the name of the City Supervisor in charge of this area and said it was a "Rule" not to give out names of Supervisor!! As a public servant this should be public information! What kind of rule are they going by? If the Supervisor wants to remain Anonymous they should work in the Private Sector! Why are they afraid of Transparency and Accountability???
