There is a complete lack of any sense of customer service from a business that exists to serve customers. I was treated completely unprofessionally and with a standoffish attitude for asking questions and looking for clarification. I was given mismatching information on the phone and in person that led to me leaving without getting any of my needed medical supplies. The unfortunate reality is that Sparrow is a monopoly in this area and continues to fail their patients again and again.
They called my doctor they filled out the prescription wrong had the walker wheel 🛞 replaced with 20 minutes.
couldnt find non-loop therabands anywhere else in store. Conveniently they sell them by the yard and the staff members were nice and helpful!
Very nice facility. I was greeted by Alyssia. She was courteous and professional. Alyssia took care of all my needs.
