New Dr Vida clock started at this office she stopped all my meds without taking doses down slowly I have been taking theses meds for 10 years she cut off all at once this cant be legal and I will see this complaint through and she' gave me a referral to someone else a different practice they dont accept my insurance its not mclaren
I’d give it zero stars if I could. Almost everyone had an attitude. I have 2 blue cross policy’s and the receptionist was arguing with my mother (she’s my legal guardian) because she thought we were lying. They never had my policy’s filed correctly and my mother has had to call more than several times. One of the doctors comes out to get me and she was really nice but then the head doctor kicked her out and I was very uncomfortable. Easy to get to off Creyts. Plenty of free parking. Friendly staff. You can tell the staff likes each other and working there.
The doctors are good. If you can ever get an appointment you'll be easily sitting there for an hour or two. Just trying to get through to a receptionist only to be told they're usually booked for a week to 2 weeks out and just to go to ready Care. So readybCares pretty much become my doctor. I most likely will have to change doctors although they care it's trying to get an appointment. I have this Dr. MIles for long time as I can remember. He was my father doctor too. Never have any bad news about him. Even today I went there during COVID-19 Season. Everything work out smooth without any bumps
