I have never had a problem with them, staff has always gotten back to me in a timely fashion, and have been very helpful and knowledgeable about all of my concerns.
After I already initiated the leasing process by submitting a completed Request for tenancy form and was waiting on my apartment inspection so I could move in LHC said they “lost” my completed Request For Tenancy form which caused me to run into a funding issue. They later lied and told investigation that I never submitted it. After all that work, money, time spent, blood sweat and tears, I get scammed. Completely Devastating.
