Para el laboratorio es horrible!! Si no tienes cita previa no vengas. Estuve sign in a las 7.00am y me atendieron a las 10.35am sin nadie en el lobby. Para kits también tienes que sing in y de igual manera te dejan esperando por más de 3 horas solamente para recoger el kit. Las enfermeras son groseras e insensibles. Carecen de cualquier profesionalismo. Hay personas ancianas saliendo de procedimientos y para solamente recoger una bolsa tienen que quedarse esperando en un salón vacío hasta que le toque su turno.
This location of sparrow labs is terrible. The site supervisor is incredibly rude and cannot be bothered to even read an order correctly. I even asked her to verify that she was performing the correct tests and she gave me a snarky reply, only to mess up the order and now I have to return to have more blood drawn. This is the second time this has happened with this same location. Go elsewhere.
Absolutely awful both times I have gone. They have no clue how to schedule. They have 0 sense. Guy didn’t even look at the paperwork. 10pm at night. I wouldn’t come for a leg scan at 10pm by a er’s scheduling if it wasn’t important. Let me never get stuck at a Sparrow Facility if I can help it.
