Came in looking for pain relief and left with a 10 minute lecture and $100 bill. Doctor was rude and barely even touched my foot. Don’t waste your money. The receptionist was really nice, however.
The staff was so so amazing helping me out I would recommend anyone to see them they are Awesome
It was my first time there and it was great experience from entering the place very friendly and courteous service, is a very clean place, Before you enter the rooms they make sure everything is set up and clean for the next patients. The doctors are very professional & clean. Please don’t pay attention to one bad review it can be 2 things either they have a deductible and don’t want to pay it or they want a refund. Front desk people are great the doctor is absolutely disgusting. He doesn't practice clean procedures. I watched the guy touch his drawers, ointments, bandage wraps, etc.., with dirty bloody surgical gloves. He not only half assed his job but had the audacity to sit in my face after the check up and tell me my problem was fixed when it clearly wasn’t. Down 150 dollars from this hack job. Don’t come here if you’re looking for cleanliness where it is definitely required.
I had a great experience with Lansing foot & Ankle, The staff are wonderful so welcoming, If you need from wellness check to ingrown nail, fungus treatment, foot pain you need to go see them book your appointment. The doctors are so nice and take the time to answer any concerns you might have. Love this place 100% recommend Lansing Foot & Ankle.
