It is the first and last time that I order materials with this company, you order materials suestly in 2 weeks they make the delivery. I am already going for a month and I am still waiting... for part of the delivery to arrive
Phenomenal customer service. I came in a week or two ago right before close and had to return and buy a bunch of things. I had a paper saying what needed to be returned and what I was buying. They were on top of it, and they even told me my car tire was dangerously low on air, which could have saved my life. Whoever is training these employees is doing it well. Keep up the good work.
just don't understand what's so difficult to say "good morning" or "hi" to a trucker who came on time and "we are sorry" when you delaying the receiving for an hour. You talk to drivers in order phrasing with rude tone like we are some kind of soldiers or slaves. and this manner of communication almost in every location of your company. Really tough working with you.
