I had a poor experience with Lansing West Haven, CT office. I needed 3 replacement casement windows for a sunroom and was told by Lansing that I, the homeowner, could not take the measurements myself so they sent out a Rep from their office who took the measurements along with my contractor. I did nothing but open the door to let them in (and write a check).
