Very pleasant people to deal with
Truly painful experience. Lansing Building Products messed up our window order twice, charged us full price, and ultimately delivered windows that opened in the wrong direction—all despite a complete paper trail clearly documenting the correct order. Customer service was extremely difficult to access, responses took weeks, and when errors were proven, there was zero ownership or accountability.
