Incompetent sales people and incompetent warehouse people I ordered a custom bow window, which was paid for in full and this mandatory for any custom order to be paid in full When the window finally came in after two months They called me to Discuss delivery and tell me there’s a balance due to my surprise. (Delivery driver) Great service every time i deliver to any Lansings, this one was just the same. PJ (forklift operator) got me in and out. Great guy and great service! Also i usually pull in, then back into their bays to turn around and head out. Nice yard.
