Wait time to be loaded is 75% faster than Town & Country. Office staff is incredibly friendly. Update. Now only 25% faster than the other.
What a shitshow! You have to wait on hold for ten to twenty minutes to get ahold of anyone to place an order if at all. They put you on hold then hang up on you. They don’t call you when someone places an order under your account. Fraudulent to say the least.
12 minutes before they close and I'm on the first step of the stairs and they lock the door and say they are closed. And I'm waiting for another customer to pass by me coming out so I can proceed. I tell them I only need 1 piece of metal, nothing special and it's "wait until Monday" I'll wait until Monday, but I'll get it and everything else from now on from their competitor Town and Country right around the corner.
Location says open till 4pm. Tried calling at 2:30 no answer. Drive 1 hour 20 minutes in traffic to the location to find out they are closed. 3pm. Way to waste companies time. They don’t answer phones
