No contractor should deal with this company. They recently ordered us the wrong product and then told OUR CUSTOMER that we made the misorder. AND THEN they gave OUR CUSTOMER a REFERRAL TO ANOTHER CONTRACTOR who, and get this, told the customer to not honor their contractual obligations with us. They do not value their customers or treat them right. They caused us an absolute nightmare and did not apologize or try to fix this. Whoever Maddie is needs to be fired. She is a very disrespectful and rude. Over the phone she was talking over me and telling me, as the customer (who is always right) that I was wrong. Very awful service. No customer should be treated the way I was.
