I found out how absolutely horrible their customer service is the hard way. I've been using them for about ten years before they told me I would have all sorts of "benefits" by creating an account, so I did. I ordered almost 10k in materials in one month and they said it would be "easier" to not swipe my credit card for the three separate transactions and instead just to pay off the account at the end of the month.
