I have been to Lansing Auto twice in 3 months due to a bad transaction with a Chevy Spark purchased from Hawkinson Nissan in Matteson Mall. I just can't say enough about the service I received there. With the awful luck from the car dealer, I consider myself fortunate to have had my totaled car in their impound lot so I discovered them.
