LAAN is LYING when they claim discrimination against the LBGTQ community by the Lansing City Rescue Mission. Why, hard to say. I am a person being sheltered there for over a year, and have been there two other times in the past five years. NEVER has there been an incident of discrimination. Openly gay and transgendered persons have been provided the same services as anyone else, with the same rules of conduct given as anyone else.
