Substandard service
Terrible. Taken away e-consult service (which was excellent) and can't get routine appointment as that's against policy. Have to phone up in the morning to be told no appointments left.
I wish I could give them 0 stars bc it’s what they deserve. The fact that they call themselves doctors is laughable as they only make your life worse. Avoid this practice at all costs. All these reviews are right - DON’T IGNORE THESE WARNINGS. The doctors do not listen to you, they don’t solve your issues, and they’re unable to follow through on anything that they agree to in the appointment. I honestly don’t know how they’re still open.
