I'm having a nightmare getting a script from the MS specialist nurse, because the Doctor wants to see me first, I've been trying to get an appointment for several weeks now, even emailed and no response. No point even attending outpatient appointments anymore if we can't access GP appointments. Community groups are filled with complaints about this surgery too.
Dreadful!! Rang 13 times today plus tried to get through yesterday gave up in the end, if your lucky to get through your 10th plus, waiting in the queue while you wait after half an hour they cut you off soooo frustrating!! You can never get to see a GP .
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Even one star is too high for what is quite possibly the worst surgery in the whole of Wales. The poorest reviews don’t truly convey how abysmal this practice really is. Absolutely shocking service, care and treatment - if you’re able or allowed to access it that is. Receptionists create different rules each day dependant on their mood to block you from getting any help/professional advice/or the chance of an appointment, and the manager totally ignores official complaints. Turned up to at least three appointments and told there is nothing in the system. Handed someone else’s prescription twice. Terrible surgery
Terrible surgery, rude receptionists, drs don’t want to see you. Have to fight to be seen and when you are seen by the drs (especially the children’s dr the bald man) they try to dismiss you. Avoid at all costs.
