I've been going to Lansdowne Physio for 9 years, and I have such a deep appreciation for the people who run the clinic. They're all kind, wonderful people who genuinely care about helping. They know me and my history, and provide personalized care. They explain treatments and exercises clearly. The facilities are well kept. The office staff are great communicators. Honestly, I couldn't imagine a better clinic.
Very bad experience. This clinic ruined me. I came to help with my left knee, instead they damaged my RIGHT knee and leg. Submitted complain to CHCPBC. I had four sessions, after each session felt only worst. My right knee never was painful before. Painful massage made my right leg quadriceps and gluteal muscles spasmed. Both knees inflamed. I woke up every night because my knees were hot and burning. I had to use cane and could not able to go even for small walk. Now I use diclofenac gel, tried aleve, but had a heart pain. ... read more
