This was the most pleasant purchase l have made because of John Albert Arechiga! He went over everything and answered all my questions and concerns as this is my first ever zero turn mower. John was very professional but very down to earth. He even let me practice driving it in the parking lot to make sure this mower was a good fit for my needs.
