This is my first time coming to this office. As soon as I walked in, I felt very welcomed by the front desk team. They were very friendly and helpful. Once I got called back, my experience changed. The hygienist was not friendly at all. It seemed as if she was not having a great day, and it was shown by her attitude and on her face. Dr. Elosta is very friendly and efficient. Definitely come try out the practice. Will be back! Hoping my next visit will be better!
My experience at Lansdown Family Dental was excellent. My dental hygienist - Mina - was knowledgeable, competent, very skilled and thorough. Dr. Elosta’s dental exam was thorough. He took his time with me and addressed my dental concerns fully and in detail. At no time was I pressured to purchase unnecessary preventative or cosmetic dental procedures. The office staff were delightful, courteous and efficient. I can highly recommend this practice.
Due to my back surgery coming in 3 days; I called when office opened. I expressed my wish to come ASAP if there is any cancellation any time during the day. The office called and gave me an appointment with new hygienist Veronica and she did a great job. Also when cleaning is done I was like to see Dr. Eloseta and no one else. It worked and I appreciated the front desk efforts to take me in. With back surgery I had to cancel my next week appointment at least for 6 weeks. I visited today as a new patient. I was amazed by the cleanliness of the office and the warm welcome. My hygienist, Mina, was friendly and attentive, and she did a fantastic job. Dr. Elosta thoroughly examined my teeth and gums, and he was bright and friendly with his explanations. I consider this the best dental clinic in the area!
The staff were amazingly patient with the elderly patient. They took the time to explain the process, answer questions and to move at the patients speed for the X-rays and exams. The dentist did a thorough exam explaining while she went and offering suggestions. She also summarized the proposed plan at the end of the visit. Finally I didn’t feel we were being sold or try to be sold stuff we didn’t need or want.
