I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Frames. At first, he seemed polite and communicative, but as treatment went on, I realized that his work felt rough and careless. Although he appeared gentle when speaking, the actual dental work was uncomfortable and did not feel attentive to my pain or preferences. I would not recommend this dentist based on my experience.
I paid $500 for a consultation for TMJ related challenges. They were kind, attentive, and answered all my questions. They continued communicating with me via text for several months after. I did not end up seeking care through them, but they will be the first people I call when I am ready to move forward.

I am a high stress, high anxiety patient that always requires nitrous even for cleanings. Dr Tracey’s team is always welcoming and caring. They have a new cleaning system called GBT. Results are different for every patient but for me personally, there was ZERO pain and I did not need anything to calm my nerves. Highly recommend!
This place was extraordinary! It was my first time back to a dentist in quite some time - and it was almost...fun? Everyone on the staff made me feel like I was a guest at a resort. I *almost* can't wait to go back!
