My friend contacted the clinic using their website and requested a response. The communication was ignored. Later she used the 'contact us' form which promises a call back. None came. My friend was explaining she had trauma and was asking for help. As you know this is a very difficult thing to do if you have trauma and ignoring it is the last thing you should do.
