Mediocre apartments at luxury prices. I’m not sure what has happened in the last few years, but things have drastically declined. This property has become an ongoing frustration for both residents and the surrounding community. Tenants are not allowed to smoke on the premises, so instead, they gather across the street right in front of homes near North Richardson and Third. Buyers be aware! Conditions on move in were abysmal. Unit was never cleaned prior to move in with visible smelly pet waste, mold, and has cigarrette butts throughout the property. Management was very stubborn when trying to remedy the situation and ignored my requests. They knowingly break state law against their tenants!
DISCLAIMER: We did not end up living here, BUT I feel like Francisco who helped us deserves a review. Francisco was EXCELLENT, I'd give them 10 stars if I could. They were friendly and made us feel very comfortable. They answered all our questions or found answers for us if we asked. I would have no reservations having them managing our apartment and situation. I know this property has had issues in the past with management but I feel like it is on track and improving. Thanks again Francisco!!!
My experience with this property was profoundly disappointing from the outset. The leasing process was characterized by misleading representations, unnecessary obstacles, and a complete lack of transparency. The floor plans presented during the initial inquiry bore little resemblance to the actual units being offered.
