I’ve had 4 packages stolen in the last 3 months of living here.
Clean and spacious apartments. Love the floorplans. Management has been great. Caroline is very responsive. Free Starbucks machine is a great little perk. You also can't beat the location. Bunch of restaurants within a stone's throw. Just need to fix those call boxes and maybe install a rooftop pool ;)
Maintenance is just spectacular. Management is very attentive and responsive. I LOVE the respect of space and privacy. maintnance shows up quick, they're courteous and get the job done. dog park, and courtyard are beautiful and amenities are not JUST for families. Parking is atrocious!!! but that is my only complaint. You pay for a spot your not even garenteed to get. I lived here 3 months and I got a warning stickered to my car window for parking in front of my building because you get 1 red sticker and the rest black, you ... read more
Unless you work in Philly and really want a 5 minute walk to the SEPTA line, avoid this place like the plague. It is a McMansion of an apartment complex.
Maintenance is just spectacular. Management is very attentive and responsive. Parking is atrocious, but that is my only complaint. You pay for a spot your not even garenteed to get. I lived here 3 months and I got a warning stickered to my car window for parking in front of my building because even though I pay the same as my roommate, only 1 car per apartment is allowed to park in the provided lot. each apartment (not person) is only allowed to have a guest 72 hrs per month due to no parking.
