I had the most amazing experience during my bridal appointment! I felt like a VIP the whole time. Lorraine listening to everything I was saying! She showed me dresses I didn’t even think I would like! I never felt rushed or pushed. There were so many dresses! The service was great! One of a kind! I can’t wait for bridesmaids to come back for their dresses! I will recommend to anybody who will listen!!
Lorraine went above and beyond to help me find the right dress. She had great insights in the process. The communication has been excellent. Highest recommendation!

This lady is uncouth and very rude and for some reason cannot answer simple questions. My fiancée and her bridesmaids took time off work, one even flew in from out of the country. Their appointment was to be at 11am and lo and behold, they were met with excuses and told to reschedule it 12, upon which they decided that after being outside for a while, they would be better served at a different store.
