I online ordered a tool and needed that evening. I arrived at 5:03 sweating that they would be closed. The lights were out and I thought I missed my opportunity to get the tool. A very fine gentleman had just walked out the door and locked it up. I pulled up, told him who I was and what I ordered, without hesitation he opened back up, filled my order and talked me into an extended warranty lol. That’s a good thing.
