Aaron was very genuine. Spent time talking to me about the repairs my car needed. Honest about everything, communicated with me and my insurance company. It was a great experience.
A few months ago my son was visiting in an area near Rusk and was in a collision where he hit a Boar (late at night) that totaled the car. My son lives in San Antonio and I live in Austin. However, based on a recommendation from the wrecker (awesome as well), I had the car towed to Lankford's for the insurance claim. I cannot begin to tell you how WONDERFUL it was working with Aaron!!! I've used Aaron twice and he's great at what he does!. Very knowledgeable and does great quality work! I won't use anyone else! Plus, he's local! Can't beat that!
Had a some hail damage on a hood fixed and was in kind of a time crunch, Aaron and his team were able to get me going on time, and was even a little less than what we figured it would cost. Can’t tell there was ever any damage to the hood at all, would definitely feel confident leaving any job in their hands!!!
