My son has gone to this ER three times. First time it was a 9 hr wait and he never was called in. I drive 90 miles to take him to ER as he has no car and I asked about lack of care multiple times but they were no help. We had to leave and he had to go back on his own the next day (I paid for uber to get him there) to get the care he should have received the first time! Absolutely disgraceful. There were people in there for so many hours and hours just waiting they were visibly very ill! Something is terribly wrong here
