The technicians were awesome. They arrived on time, promptly got to the job at hand, listened to my concerns, and were very thorough and professional with their work.
I'm a resident at one of the apartments for over a year now. For some reason, the bathroom sink backed up. And boy, was it very ripe! Picture shown below. I informed the management about the issue and acknowledged that it's an emergency, which was around, 1am. Hours later, they came in at around 12pm. Within 15-20 minutes they were all done. Just like that. I felt bad I forgot to remove the stuff from the sink so they could work underneath. So, I gave them bottles of water in return for their troubles. One of the guys signed... read more
