The lady was so rude, I did not get the experience to do business with them. Trying elsewhere.
I utilized Lanier Tent Rental for an outdoor wedding in early April of 2024. I placed my order roughly 8 months ahead of time and had to adjust everything three separate times by result of unexpected guests. Every time I sent an email to request a change, they were nothing other than kind and cordial. I rented from this company on very short notice for my baby shower. I needed about 25 chairs, and they were able to accommodate me in an extremely timely manner. Pick up and drop off were super quick and easy. We are needing to use them again for chair rental for hosting Thanksgiving. I reached out via email again and was immediately contacted back. Terrible experience!! This is the third time in two years I have rented a tent from this place and never had a problem. The last tent I rented came and looked awful. The poles and wood pieces that held the tent up was all chipping and needed to be painted. The guys setting up the tent put it up in the wrong place after I showed one their employees where I wanted it to set. The other 2 workers got very angry at me for making them move the tent and went back to the company and told them that they had to move the other tents th... read more
