Not what they advertise on line. No change machines were working, hose on one vacuum was torn & very dirty place. I vacuumed & then used the auto car wash. The price a bit high for the service & I did a better job vacuuming with my dust buster! I thought vacuums would have been more powerful to do what I wanted. Very disappointed.
The place is recently renewed, and apparently under new management. For some unknown reason they have removed the hooks on the washing bays where you could hang the mats to wash, didn't quite understand. How are we supposed to wash the mats now? I did see a similar post on the reviews with a similar request, but apparently the new owners don't care at all as the problem is yet not resolved. Hope they do put up the hooks so we can wash the vehicle, as they have also hiked up the prices, without any extra services provided
Stopped by just now to vacuum my car and its not the first it happens but vacuum just takes your money. Update: they compensated my lost time. Appreciate it
Used my card, machine didn’t work, moved to another bay and that machine also didn’t work. Looked at my credit card statement and was charged $10 twice. Called the number provided and left messages but no one answered. Will be disputing with my credit card company.
