Thiefs, paid to park and they charged me a boot fee. Josh and Braham wouldn’t give me their last names because they knew they were wrong and stealing our money. Will dispute with credit card and take to small claims if not made right.
Scam of a company. Booted a car with a registered form submitted to our apartment complex
These people are predators. Charged full price for boot removal when I paid for parking, but accidentally entered my license tag number one digit off. How could they do that to someone who tried to do everything correct? Honest mistake and charged $160? How could someone be so cruel?
Staff was very friendly and easy to work with to get us work permits.
