We came downtown to use the parking service for the Christmas lighting 2021. We were given a ticket and was only told that the cost was $15. We weren't given any instructions other than make sure the ticket was visible in our car. We are arrived back at 8:20 p.m. to find that we were unable to get out of the gate. There was also other cars in front of us that also needed to leave. We had to call the office to let us out of the gate. There could have been better planning at this parking garage.
