Said transaction failed 4 times. It didn’t, it charged me 4 times. $21 each time. They have no working phone number. Absolutely horrible, now I have the displeasure of filing dispute transactions.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. Total rip off !!!! We had dinner across the street and decided to use the garage in case of rain. When we went to pay I used MasterCard and after 3 attempts I had to dial the auto attendant. I explained that it was asking me for a pin which I did not have since I was using a credit card and not a debit card. I also explained that there were several cars behind me. Terrible. I have been parking in the Lanier lot for over six months. Today I was refused parking because of the size of my pickup truck. The attendant (who refused to give me his name) said I could park on the street and not pay (doesn't make sense to me). Bottom line there's a reason Lanier is one star. I would rate it zero stars but the website won't let me.
