Lanier is the best realtor out there! She assisted us in the buying and selling process and it all went seamlessly. She worked hard in promoting the sell of our home with open houses and on social media and it worked perfectly. My family cannot be more thankful to her for getting us to Buckhead and we 100% recommend her to anyone needing to sell or purchase a home!
Lanier worked with us on selling our Norcross home, and buying a home on Lake Oconee. Throughout the whole process, she was very responsive, and worked over weekends and late into nights trying to get us the best deal possible. When my family moved into our new home she was there and gave us thoughtful house warming gifts.
