The customer doesn’t come first here. We booked a room for our wedding night and couldn’t make it due to unforeseen circumstances. They wouldn’t even do a partial refund despite the room being untouched. Really just the principle for me. Guess I’ll be cancelling the credit card transaction.
Great location. Good service. Poor maintenance of the Villas, at least 707. They're listed as a 3-star hotel now, but we honestly would've been much more comfortable in a Motel 8. We stayed for our wedding and our shower didn't drain, the doors were squeaky, opened themselves and didn't shut properly, the lighting is pretty dismal, the bed was not only uncomfortable but actually had a hump in the middle so that you roll off on either side, none of the furniture is comfy and the TVs don't work. Do better.
