They provide excellent customer service and professional technical service. Nick has serviced my units for a couple of months, and he is great. We called Lanier Heating Air Conditioning Repairs and their technician showed up in less than 45 minutes. Thank goodness we bought both our units from them. The units were under warranty and were repaired in about 10 minutes. He was courteous and quick. Will highly recommend.

Our AC unit died and Nick and Fred came out to inspect it and set up a replacement. They were on time the next day and expeditiously replaced the system. Both were extremely professional when they speedily and openly installed the new units. Would endorse them for future work!!
