They made a commitment to show up on a Tuesday, no show! Called them on Friday to see why they didn't show. Rescheduled for the following Monday, no show again, no call, nothing. Now I risk a late fee for a fire inspection now due to the tremendous waste of time spent waiting on broken promises from this company. Can't recommend this company to anyone who expects respect. Wish I had started elsewhere.
