Was hired to do a 3 day job which included closing in the opening to the formal living room, installing french doors, trim work, prime, and paint. Also to paint the stairwell and foyer. The three day job turned into 8 days and still not finished. It looks like amateur work with so many flaws that I am embarrassed to have it in my home. I contacted Mr. Lanier to build me a deck on my mobile home. He called and set up an appointment within just a couple of hours. He came out and offered me suggestions concerning how to save some money on labor and materials. He started the job within just a few days and was finished ahead of the time he had estimated. Needless to say I now have a beautiful screened deck! His workmanship and attitude is impeccable. I will call him for any other projects I have in the future.

I wish to retract an earlier negative review that I wrote of Mr. Lanier sent under the name Marsha. Marsha and I had contacted Mr. Lanier to put up a gate for us. When Mr. Lanier did not follow t hrough with us, we were upset. However, we found out later that Mr. Lanier had experienced a medical issue that resulted in his seeking immediate medical help and due to those circumstances, he was not able to contact us unitl after the fact and the medical issue had ben taken care of.. I needed my window screens replaced and got Lanier's info from ServiceMagic.com. Robert came over and gave me an estimate. He had someone else do the job after saying he, himself would do it. they guy that came over was unprepared with materials and didn't know exactly what needed to be done. I also received a call from Robert one day talking in gibberish and not making sense.
