I've had ingrown toenails for years. Last year I had my previous doctor try and remove it and they didn't get it. I came here and Dr. Orris got it out in less than 10 minutes. I arrived at 1:30, and my appointment was at 2:00. I was brought back around 2:20, but I was helped immediately. I didn’t have to sit in a back room for 30 minutes like most offices. Dr. Orris is outstanding. He takes the time to be very thorough with you. He listens. He explains. He advises. He is a caring man who evokes trust and confidence. The staff was wonderful especially Jan.
I had a totally great experience with the staff and the doctor. They listened to my issues and all was good when I left. Will refer anyone needing a truly compassionate experience.
